These terms apply to the Hooksha IPTV app (Android, Windows, LG webOS), this website and subscriptions bought here. By using the app or paying for a subscription you accept them.
1. What we sell
Hooksha IPTV is a media player. A subscription unlocks the player’s features after the free trial. We do not sell, provide or include any channels, movies, series or other content, and we have no relationship with any IPTV provider. You add your own provider’s details, and you are responsible for having the right to watch what you play.
2. Free trial
Every new device gets a free trial of 14 days with every feature, without a card. One trial per device.
3. Plans and prices
- Monthly: EGP 19 for 30 days.
- Yearly: EGP 149 for 365 days.
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include any applicable taxes. The price you see on the payment page is the price you pay.
- One subscription works on up to 5 of your own devices using its activation code.
- No automatic renewal. We never charge your card again by ourselves. To continue, you pay again; the new period is added to what is left.
4. Payment
Card payments are processed by Paymob. We never see or store your card number. After a successful payment you receive an activation code on screen and, if you give your email, in a receipt.
5. Your activation code
- Keep your code private: anyone who has it can use one of its device slots.
- You can see and remove devices on the My subscription page. Removals are limited each month to prevent sharing.
- Codes are for personal and household use. Reselling or publicly sharing codes is not allowed; we may suspend codes that are clearly shared or resold, after contacting the email on file when we have one.
6. Refunds
See the refund policy. In short: a full refund within 7 days of payment if the app does not work for you.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law or anyone’s rights, and do not attempt to bypass the licence, attack our servers or reverse-engineer the payment flow.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app and the servers running, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service; your IPTV provider’s servers are outside our control. We may improve or change features. Price changes never affect time you have already paid for.
9. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
